These terms apply to every order placed on bullionofficial.com. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Payment, Price Lock, Shipping, Refund and Return, Market Loss, Trade-In, and Payout policies, and our Privacy Policy.

Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Orders may be placed only for delivery to a street address in the contiguous United States.

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars. Prices shown on the website are our current quotes and may change until we confirm your order. The price in effect is the price confirmed when we accept your order, as set out in our Price Lock Policy.

Placing and confirming an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we confirm the order and the payment or deposit described in our Payment Policy. We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example if the order is incorrect, a product is unavailable, or we cannot verify your identity. If we decline an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Deposits

Orders with merchandise above $5,000.00 require a deposit of 10% of the merchandise amount, as set out in our Payment Policy. The deposit is applied to the order total.

Pool allocated products

Pool allocated products give you an allocation of metal held in a pooled account, not a specific numbered bar or coin. The product page describes what is delivered to you and how it is insured. Our team will answer any question about the product before you pay.

Products and illustrations

Product images are illustrative renders of each product form. They are not photographs of the exact item you will receive. Product weight, metal content and mint are described on each product page.

Shipping and risk

Shipping, insurance and signature requirements are set out in our Shipping and Courier Fulfillment Policy. Each shipment is insured while in transit.

Cancellation and returns

Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy and our Market Loss Policy.
