Accepted payment methods
We accept payment by bank account transfer and by Chime. Our team provides the account details for both methods when you contact us. Never send funds based on instructions you did not receive directly from our team.
Deposits on larger orders
Orders with merchandise above $5,000.00 require a deposit of 10% of the merchandise amount. Orders of $5,000.00 or less require no deposit. Choose one of the following deposit methods at checkout: Chime, Bank Account, Deposit on File, or Trade-In Credit. Shipping and tax are not included in the deposit calculation.
Order confirmation and holds
Your order is placed on hold until our team confirms the payment. We will contact you to confirm the balance due and the timing of your order.
Minimums
Palladium orders have a minimum of $500.00 before shipping and tax. Gold, silver, and platinum have no minimum order value, but small orders may carry a processing fee.
Sales tax
Whether sales tax applies depends on the product and the transaction under Florida law. Any applicable tax is shown before you confirm your order.
