When we pay out
When you sell items to us, we issue payment after we have received and verified the items and agreed the final amount with you. Payment is normally made within one business day of final verification.
How we pay
Payouts are made by bank transfer to an account in your name. We do not pay out in cash. Our team will confirm the payout details with you before sending funds.
Verification
Items are verified by weight and purity using precision scales and testing equipment. Where we cannot verify an item, we will tell you what we can offer or return the item at your expense.
Trade-in credit
Where you choose trade-in credit rather than a payout, the credit is applied to your account and can be used toward any bullion purchase. Please consult a tax professional about how these transactions should be reported.
