Shipping coverage
We ship by insured FedEx or UPS to street addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to addresses outside the contiguous United States. Purchases must be initiated from within the United States.
Shipping fees
Shipping is free on orders of $5,000.00 or more. A flat fee of $25.00 applies to smaller orders. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Insurance and signature
Every shipment is fully insured while in transit and requires an adult signature on delivery. Please keep your phone available during delivery so the carrier can reach you.
Armored courier
Armored courier delivery is available for qualifying orders. Our team will confirm eligibility and cost before dispatch.
Fulfillment timing
Products that are in stock are typically dispatched within a few business days of payment confirmation. Products that are not in stock are fulfilled in the order they were confirmed. Our standard estimate is three to five business days from confirmation, which may be longer for back-ordered products. We will notify you if your estimate changes.
Pickup
Where stock allows, you may arrange pickup instead of shipping. Pickup requires a photo identification and our team will confirm the appointment before you visit.
