When your price is locked
Your price is locked when we confirm your order, not when you add an item to your cart. Once confirmed, the locked price does not change regardless of when your order is fulfilled.
How prices are set
Our prices are based on our published bid and ask quotes for each product. Each price page shows the date and time of the last update. Quotes are reviewed by our team and may change to reflect market conditions until your order is confirmed.
Orders that are not paid in full
If your order is not paid in full at purchase, a deposit is required to confirm it. Deposit rules are described in our Payment Policy. Once the deposit is received and the order is confirmed, the price lock applies to the full order.
Changes after confirmation
If we cannot fulfill a confirmed order at the locked price, we will contact you before changing anything. You may then choose to cancel under our Refund and Return Policy.
